Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can only be used for online purchases at www.olgaberg.com. If you would like to buy something at a lesser value than the voucher, the voucher retains the unused value and can be used at a later date as long as it is within 12 months of purchase date. If you would like to purchase an item at greater value than the voucher you can pay the balance of the item using a credit card.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Victoria within Australia and the parties must submit to the jurisdiction of the Victorian Courts within Australia.

The winner will be announced via the official @olgabergaccessories Instagram and will be directed email websales@olgaberg.com in order to collect their prize.

1. HOW IT WORKS: Individual photo submissions will be accepted via the Instagram application (http://www.instagram.com) beginning April 30, 2013 through May 12, 2013. This promotion pertains to and is sponsored by Olga Berg.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Anyone can enter this contest but the prize will only be shipped within Australia. This promotion is open to contestants aged 13 years and older. Participants under age 18 must have a parent or legal guardian who is the legal age of majority in his/her state of residence as of April 30, 2013. This parent or legal guardian must have the capacity to contract on behalf of the minor contestant. Employees of Olga Berg or their immediate family members (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son or ward) are not eligible to enter or win prizes.
3. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Mother’s Day contest, please submit your photo via the Instagram application (http://www.instagram.com). In order to be considered for final judging, your entry must abide by the following rules:
• (a) Post a photo on your personal Instagram account.
• (b) You must follow the @olgabergaccessories Instagram Account. (http://www.instagram.com/olgabergaccessories) under the user you used to enter your submission.
• (c) You must tag your photo with #olgabergtellastory or #tellastory and mention @olgabergaccessories in your entry caption. As stated above, if you are under 18 years of age, you must obtain permission from your parent or legal guardian.
• (d)Multiple entries are permitted, maximum entries is four submissions. Each entry must be submitted separately via the Instagram application (www.instagram.com).
4. By entering this contest, you agree to these rules and understand that all submissions and rights to the images become the sole property of Olga Berg to use for any purpose at any time without expiration. Submission(s) for purposes of this contest indicate your agreement with these rules. By entering into this contest, you agree to freely grant any and all rights to the image(s) you submit and any and all intellectual property rights therein to Olga Berg. Olga Berg is not responsible for the incomplete or varying information reported by an individual among multiple entries. Verification of submissions and final selection of winners is at the sole discretion of Olga Berg. All decisions are final; however, Olga Berg reserves the right to make any changes whatsoever with respect to this contest at any time whatsoever, at its sole discretion. Photos and/or content that is considered inappropriate or offensive at Olga Bergs sole discretion, will not be accepted. If the winner does not contact Olga Berg within three days, Olga Berg reserves the right to select a new winner.
5. WINNER SELECTION: At the end of the Entry Period, Olga Berg will review all of the initial entries for eligibility and select one winner at random. Selection is carried out by a review committee of Olga Berg staff to ensure that the winner has met the stated rules and requirements. If the winner does not contact Olga Berg in the given amount of time, Olga Berg will choose a new winner.
6. WINNER AND PRIZES: The winner will be notified via comment twentyfour hours of the final day of the contest, May 12, 2013. Two attempts will be made to contact the winner within a three day period, if the winner does not respond via email within three days, or if an email attempt is consistently returned as undeliverable, or if the selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Winner will also be announced on the official @olgabergaccessories Instagram account, tagging the winner. Winner will win their choice of one peice of Olga Berg product they posted on Instagram competition entry.
