Shipping
Our online store is currently only available for shipping to Australia and New Zealand. We apologise for any inconvenience. If you would like to purchase an Olga Berg product for delivery outside Australia or New Zealand this can be arranged by emailing sales@olgaberg.com.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing goods will be delivered using 'Star Track Express' "Express Post" or "Registered" mail.
We only ship to Australia & New Zealand.
Orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 working days of receiving your order.
All orders within Australia cost a flat rate of $9.95 AUD.
Delivery within Australia takes 3-5 business days.
All orders to New Zealand cost a flat rate of $20 AUD.
Delivery to New Zealand takes 7-10 business days.
Exchanges and Returns
All products sold by Olga Berg are covered by a 30 day manufacturer's warranty. In the event of items being faulty or not as per ordered please make a claim via email sales@olgaberg.com providing supporting evidence your order number and a contact phone number. We will call or email you to make arrangements for the return of the product.
Where the item is faulty or not as per ordered, we will provide a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
In the interests of hygiene we are unable to accept returns for change of mind on pierced earrings.
If the item recieved is not what was expected we are happy to exchange the item or refund your money within 7 days of the purchase date. If you would like to exchange or return your item please email sales@olgaberg.com or phone 03 9419 6711 and our customer service team will provide you with a return authorisation number.
A refund of only the product price will be given once the item has been recieved back in our office in all original packaging. We do not refund the original freight charge. We recommend you send all returns back via registered post as Olga Berg is not liable for any items lost in transit. All return freight costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
